The G-HASE group supplies complete lines for the production of pallet blocks from wood chips of any nature or type, including 100% recycled wood.
These lines may be installed separately or parallel to existing particleboard production lines, since the equipment required for wood preparation is the same. These new generation pallet blocks, when compared to traditional solid wood blocks, have excellent mechanical and physical properties: constant density, water resistance, thickness and dimensions do not vary, they do not break when nailed but above all, they may be produced from waste wood and recycled wood.
The numerous projects supplied worldwide have contributed to the development of an innovative system which in turn has brought about an enormous reduction in production costs.
The pallet blocks manufactured with our systems are economical, especially with respect to pallet blocks produced from solid wood, their natural competitor.
